Teeth whiting and how I hate it, #teethwhitening

Everyone wants to have a beautiful white smile and there are so many ways you can do it. You can go into a doctors office, they have strips, they have tooth paste, stips, gel and so many other things. How do you know what works best? Well some of it is really trial and error. So I decided to give this Ultimate Smile Professional At Home Whitening Kit a try. The kit comes with two syringe full with gel. You will not be used it all in one whiting. It says to just use 1 ml for the top and 1 ml for the bottom. So this should last you about a week. It also comes with two trays that you will put into your mouth. They say you can also cut the tray if it is to big.

I had to cut my trays, I felt like I was going to gag on it. But once I cut it is was better. It was still a little uncomfortable to have two trays in your mouth for 15 minutes.

Here are my teeth before, not to yellow but not white ether. I don't smoke or drink so there is no yellowing from that. (Don't mind me getting over a cold soar)

Here I filled up the trays with 1 ml of gel in both the top and bottom.

Then you put it in and wait 15 minutes. Well I must have done something wrong because after 5 minutes I was in pain. Lots and lot of pain. I decided that I was done at 5 minutes and when I took it out my gums where white!

I would not recommend using gel to anyone. Or if you do put it on each tooth and not just in the tray. This is why I hate whiting teeth. The pain did end up going away after a few minutes.

I have not tried teeth whitening yet. I would like too but it seems so costly. I bet it is not fun! I guess I will find out when I get around to doing it finally.

Oh my gosh, this sounds horrible! I've never whitened my teeth... but after seeing your pain, I don't think I want to try!
